The successful Payroll Officer candidate will be one who fulfils the following requirements as minimum conditions for employment:

● Have a degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
● Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Payroll Officer or Payroll Clerk.
● Understand and be adept at using HRIS software.
● Be fully versed in the proper use of current accounting software.
● Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot numerical errors.
● Have excellent time management skills.
● Be able to keep confidential information confidential.
