Our client has a unique opportunity for a graduate to join the team of an established Finance Consultancy Business specialising in VAT. You will support the senior team in researching various assignments and assist with marketing and business development.

Responsibilities of the Trainee VAT Accounts & Marketing Assistant Role:

• Supporting the senior team with client work
• Joining client calls and taking notes
• Initial responses to VAT helpline queries of a basic nature

• Assist with writing marketing content and updating the website
• Support the team in webinars
• Assist the billing team in raising fee notes

Requirements of the Trainee VAT Accounts & Marketing Assistant Role:

• The role will require excellent communication skills as there will be direct contact with clients, quantity surveyors, architects, project managers, accountants, and financial directors.
• Attention to detail is a key requirement of this role.  You will also need to be self-motivated, dedicated, organised and hardworking with excellent knowledge of MS Excel
