Description

A Not-for-Profit organisation with offices in Central London is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Group Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis.  This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office.  Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and supervising a knowledgeable finance team the Group Financial Controller will:


Duties of the Group Financial Controller Role:


  • Oversee/design and implement Financial Controls to ensure that the organisation is best placed to minimalise any unnecessary losses
  • Act as a business partner with key stakeholders in order to gain up-to-date date to ensure accurate financial reporting  
  • Produce accurate financial information for a number of group entities
  • Lead of reporting and any associated analysis

Requirements of the Group Financial Controller Role:


  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
  • At least 5 years experience working within the Not-for-Profit/Charity sector in a senior role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to mentor staff
  • SORP Accounting experience.
