Description

Due to expansion, an experienced Practice Trained Senior Accountant is sought by a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based near Bromley, Kent/Southeast London.  You will be responsible for your portfolio of clients and have proven experience working in a similar role. 


Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:


  • Preparation of limited company, partnership, and sole trader accounts
  • Tax computations
  • Training/supervising junior members of staff
  • Preparation of Management Accounts / Year-End accounts
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Liaison with HMRC.

Requirements of the Senior Accountant:


  • Qualified or Qualified by Experience with a strong track record working for an Accountancy Practice
  • Exposure to IRIS, Sage Line 50 and good MS Excel skills are all essential
  • First-rate interpersonal/communication skills.
