Due to expansion an international retail brand based in Southwest London is looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant with a minimum of five years’ experience to join the team. Reporting to and working alongside the Finance Manager you will take responsibility for the Accounts Payable function and assist with Accounts Receivables. Duties will include:-

• Batching and coding invoices, some complex and will need an eye for detail
• Dealing with supplier queries in an efficient manner
• Raising payments
• Month-end reconciliations
• Multi-currency reconciliations
• Sales ledger – ensuring accurate coding and posting invoices and receipts
• Sales Invoices – ensure fee invoices are accurate
• Bank reconciliations – monthly posting and reconciliation ensuring correct allocation of payments and receipts
• Petty cash – monthly posting and reconciliation

The ideal person will be happy to be office based, used to a fast-moving environment, first-rate Excel and systems skills, happy to help in a small growing team.
