Urgent requirement for a Credit Controller to work on a temporary basis for a business based near Tonbridge.

Reporting to the Credit Manager duties will include 

• Full credit control payment chasing
• Meet and exceed monthly cash collection and debtor day targets
• Resolution of invoice queries
• Liaising with the service team
• Issuing and allocating credit notes
• Credit & Debit card payment processing
• Maintenance of all aspects of the ledger
• Reviewing and maintaining accounts in line with the Business Requirements 
• Preparation of court letters for overdue balances
• Posting and correct allocation of cash receipts against customer accounts
• Sales ledger account reconciliations
• Maintain a daybook log of all key customer communications

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to show flexibility and use initiative when problem-solving.  Please note that this opportunity is office-based and prospective candidates must be available immediately.
