Insolvency Administrator Recruitment

Under the Insolvency Act of 1986, an Insolvency Administrator can dismiss directors, managers, and employees, put forward restructuring proposals and close down parts of a company in order to serve the best interest of the creditors. Insolvency Administrators are typically called in when things have gone seriously wrong and are expected to mitigate the damage.

The Insolvency Administrator makes an unbiased appraisal of the state of the business and proposes ways to either save it or close it in order to produce optimal results for creditors. If you are in need of Insolvency Administrator recruitment, contact JMF Associates.
