Director of Client Services Responsibilities

The Director of Client Services typically reports directly to a high-level executive leader, in many cases the CEO. While the particulars of their job will change depending on the industry and client list their duties usually involve most or all of the following:

• Coordinating with various departments to ensure client needs are met.

• Being readily available to answer client questions and address client concerns.

Director of Client Services Skills

Exact skills may vary but as a general rule the Director of Client Services will be expected to possess most of the following:

Must be at least ACA qualified.
A minimum of 5 years working in customer service.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive familiarity with all relevant software.
A proven commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
